I love these tablets. I started taking them about 4 weeks ago to help me cope with mood swings (the highs are great, the lows less so) and just feeling out of sorts since peri-menopause struck. In about a week I felt much more like my old self, generally happy and stable. I also started taking Vogel sage supplements at the same time for hot flushes. It took a little longer for the hot flushes to ease - about 3 weeks. They haven't gone completely, but have reduced by about 90% so more fab news. Btw, if you feel particularly low and need a quick mood lift take some 5-HTP which will increase your serotonin levels. I think armed with daily Menosan, Sage supplements and occasional 5-HTP I can cope with the 'change'! UPDATE: My hot flushes are completely gone!! How amazing is that?! I am astounded at how well I feel. I've even wondered whether it's just a coincidence and that my hormones have stabilised a bit, making me feel better. But it can't be that as I'm still period-free. I can't say for sure whether it's the sage or the menosan that has worked, but my gut tells me it's both.

It’s Vogel, there stuff usually is good quality and has done effect. Not sure if working on perimenopausal woman. But worth try … you need take for a while see any effect. Fingers crossed!

I rarely write reviews but do read them, so felt it only fair to write one here, given how happy I am with this product. I am 46 and have started to experience peri-menopausal symptoms, such as extreme anxiety/feelings of fear/panic with no specific cause, tearfulness and intense irritation. I really felt quite scared at how unlike myself I was feeling. I started taking 5 HTP which helped slightly but made me feel quite 'wired' so was wary about taking that long term. I started taking Menosan (being someone who prefers a natural remedy where possible) and honestly within a few days started to feel relief from the symptoms of anxiety and general weirdness. I've now been taking this for two months and feel much more like myself again. An added bonus which I am sure is down to the tablets is that my skin has improved considerably; I have previously suffered from hormonal chin acne ever since my twenties with the only respite being when I was on the contraceptive pill or when I was pregnant/breast feeding. My acne had worsened since having children later in life, nothing had helped other than antibiotics which I didn't want to take long term. However since taking these tablets I've had no breakouts at all, despite going through two periods and a bout of the cold, which would normally break me out. Please give these a try if you're feeling anxious, tearful or just not yourself - they have truly helped me (so far so good).

I'm a total hysterectomy, both ovaries & cervix because of deep infiltrating endometriosis, I'm 2 years post op with remaining residual highly hormone-sensitive endometriosis, I took these in some hope that it would reduce my night sweats & day flushes, they did for the first week so they clearly do work at mimicking estrogen though after a week my endometriosis flared up again, I have given 3 stars as its a great product but really when some say isoflavones are not a good idea for anything estrogen-driven, for some of us its correct

These have been amazing for me. I'm perimenopause and was waking up about 2 am every night and unable to go back sleep. My Dr prescribed sleeping tablets for a bit as trying to work on 4 hours sleep and live a happy life was impossible. I'm unable to take HRT so tried these. I don't think I've slept so well for years (since before the hormones started failing!) I'm sane again, its amazing what sleep does! I'm not coming off these wonder supplements.

This tablet has worked for me. It's fantastic... I feel like me again.. I've only been taking for a week. My mum noticed a change in me and said to me.. your not like my happy daughter.. what's wrong. It made me think and I said.. maybe I am going through the menopause. So I thought I would try these tablets. As they are good for all stages of menopause. I am feeling less aches and pains, am sleeping again, no more mood swings or feeling irritated and now feeling like my old happy self. Thanks to me listening to my mum, I will arrange to see my doctor about it aswell. These are really good.

I was taking another well known Menaupause support supplement to ease my night sweats but sadly, it did not work at all for me and I decided to give it a try on this and it worked within few days and I am pleasantly surprised by the results. I am still struggling with other pre menopausal symptoms but I see a great difference by taking this . I will continue to take ! Worth a try. And I have an update, I ran out of this one day and I bought Menosan Sage and guess what, it did not work at all ( sleepless sweaty nights came back) and I quickly bought back this again and it works miraculously. I take one during the day and take other before going to bed with Montmorency cherry capsules and I am sleeping like a baby without sweat. I am glad I found the solution for my problems but it took me trials and errors to find my richt solutions and I wish you all fellow ladies good luck to control uncomfortable girl's small problems!!! ************************************************ Now, another update after writing above review a year ago .. I am still taking one in the morning and one before going to bed every day and it is still working ( for night sweat) and if I miss the dosage, I get night sweat especially before my period ( I am 44, so I get perimenopause symptoms afterall) . I came off antidepressants last year because I had severe PMS but the side affects of the medication was intolerable, I am trying to sort my problems as drug free as possible, sometimes it is a big challenge but we all have to listen to our body and soul and try to do what's best for them , difficult sometimes!

I was forced into surgical menopause. I mostly feel nauseated, heachaches, and a pounding heart. I really hate it. This supplement has helped me more than any that I have tried. I am taking this in addition to estrogen, trying to keep the estrogen at a lower level.

Did not do much for hot flashes & night sweats.
