This one is meant to be suitable for fine hair as it’s more moisturising.

I've noticed my hair go slightly curvier from this and I mean it hasn't made it go like even more of a poof ball, it just hasn't made my hair grow.. X

does it speed up hair growth?

Iv used this on my hair now for about 8 weeks on my undercut that I’m trying to grow out and the amount of hair growth is amazing. Also it calmed down the frizz aswell

is it good for dry and damaged hair?

Yes its brilliant makes your hair silk and soft, mine was so damaged and split ends were always there, now i never get them
