Easy to apply, smooth and can be smoothed with a soapy water tool or even finger ( use a latex glove if needed). Bit expensive as I didn’t need much… so sadly the rest of the tube is now waste! I wish I could have found a smaller fill size

Ever build Fire Mate Intumescent sealant
The product is said to be quick curing!!! On application to a 10mm wide x 3 mm deep groove in woodwork around a door frame, the product had not cured after 18 hours. Very disappointing. Had to remove it and use a different product. The manufacturer needs to be more precise on cure time.
