Just what I wanted.
Really pleased. Well made and good price, and working well. I’m 76, and have been working on walking, exercising my legs and feet, it’s just what I need to add to a routine. I held onto something to steady myself. I have already been exercising as I can now walk 3half miles, but one calf gets stiff, and is slowly easing, but I wanted to do more in between my walking. So something like this will make my calf muscles , ankles and muscles in my feet a lot fitter. Thank you.

WORKED FOR ME
First, I purchased this as I had a bad cramp, that left me with pain in my foot everytime I put my foot down. This device , stopped the pain. The stretch board is very well made, and very easy to set up. On the lowest setting, I could feel the calf muscle being stretched. A few times on this board,about 5 minutes each time, and the pain in my foot vanished. An excellent product that is very sturdy, and does not slide,on a carpeted floor. Its there whenever I might need it again, very pleased with my purchase.

Good but over priced.
Good but hurts your heels as the back stop is too hard. Would be better if it was padded rubber. Very over priced. Instructions are useless.

Quality build
A bit expensive however its a quality build, plastic but sturdy and took the weight of a 124kg person , you can change the angle to get a better stretch. Its really helped .

....è utilissima!!Va usata con senno...soprattutto se si hanno problemi...bisogna sempre chiedere a fisioterapisti onde evitare di avere problemi futuri, ma detto ciò...è un ottimo coadiuvante per ossa e muscoli!La stiamo usando sia io che mio marito e ne giovano i tendini dei miei piedi e la sua schiena...perchè non l'abbiamo acquistata prima!!!
