I tried this bc it was affordable. I am so glad I did. This preworkout is not very stimulating, and I had no idea I would like these type of pre workouts as much as I do.Does not cause itchiness or hyperactivity like other pre workouts. This might be a good thing or a bad thing depending on what you are looking for. I do find pre workouts that are more stimulating motivate me to get moving bc they are so uncomfortable. However, this one is not like that, it does give me energy, allows me to finish my routine and hit it hard, but without making me hyper. It’s perfect as you can take it at 6Pm get your routine going and go to bed 6 hours later no problem.The only problem I have with it is that it does not dissolve all the way, you basically need to swallow whole pieces of components that taste like a pill.

I accidentally ordered this product instead of C4 pre workout (which tastes amazing and you can feel the energy and focus). Instead of returning it, which I should have done, I gave it a go thinking how different can a pre workout be. Well it is insanely different, this product is super chalky in taste and consistency. It says fruit punch, not sure what kind of fruit punch they are talking about but I would not recommend it at all tastes horrible. I took the usual scoop which says this has 250mg time released caffeine. 3 hours later still no boost not even a hint a a boost so yeah that sucked. I’m used to taking my pre workout 1/2 hour before my workout and feeling the caffeine boost and focus soon as I get to the gym. With this I went to the gym went home showered went to work and nothing, what a disappointment. Needless to say I will not use just any pre workout again, so far the C4 works great tastes great and has no crash. I would not recommend waisting your money in this garbage. To bad you can’t give zero stars because there is literally nothing I liked about this product zero.

Overall this stuff is just OK. I don't love it but I don't hate it either. It does NOT give me any jittery feeling and does not upset my stomach at all but it has a weird texture when drinking since it contains micro beadlets that don't fully dissolve since they are used to release caffeine slowly over time. Also, I am not a huge fan of the taste personally but there are certainly worst tasting ones out there so I'll probably just finish this can of powder and not purchase again.

Product was priced very competitively and the final result effectiveness is ok. However, I've have never experienced a pre-workout powder that REFUSED to dissolve even with aggressive mixing/shaking and varying water temps. It literally clings in a clump that looks like a cotton ball floating in your mixing bottle. It's awful to work with, difficult to drink and repulsive in texture. Product is not returnable. I should have spent more for better quality. Not recommended in the least.

I thought it was a small product. I’m happy to receive it in good condition. Good packaging. Will buy again for sure.

I have been taking this and am almost done with the entire thing. It has a decent taste. Nothing too exciting nothing too bad. It is easy to take down unlike many other pre workouts that I have tried. However I prepare it in a shaker bottle and often find bitter pieces at the bottom of it. Sometimes I find more than other times and the taste is just too bitter that I end up spitting those last few pieces out. Other than that it is great. I workout in the mornings and do the traditional pull, push, legs and this definitely gets me going. It’s a good bang for your buck. Would I buy this again? Absolutely!

Been looking for something simple with arginine and no harsh atoms like yohimbine, this is non jittery stuff , great for me or anyone with a sensitive stomach, citrulline bloats the life out of me but every website is boosting it so much no pre workout company is safe , muscle tech used to make some amazing pre workouts with arginine and low dose yohimbine for under $20 , gone. Thank you for releasing this product I will buy a few to stock up .

Very red like kool aid but no where near the sweet taste, bland and does not mix well. Hard little pieces in the mix plus gross taste. I literally had to force myself to drink this.. I consider this a waste of money. Don’t did it.
