KAM KWM Quartet - UHF Wireless Microphone System (x4 Mics & UHF Receiver)

Beautifully packaged and very easy to set up, this system has worked perfectly using XLR cables to my mixer. Great quality and great sound through the mix. All my karaoke singers loved them and apart from having to fiddle around with the gain on the mixer because of a little bit of feedback due to singers not using the mics properly (holding them about three feet from their mouths) have had no problems. Great buy!"

Five stars for a fantastic piece of kit. This is serious quality, cost and so easy to setup.The Christmas Play at school was so delivered and enhanced by the enjoyment of the quality of the sound.This is a must kit for any school, or even needed to deliver clear cut sound to any venue.Yes it's a Recommend.

Used these for about a month now.. I have previously used wired Mics and like so many others get fed up of peeps tripping over wires and wrapping them round and round there hands therefore putting strain on the leads...I have also used Kam 1940s which I loved...and so I decided to buy these 4 and ditch the wired ones...I use an Allen & Heath powered amp and found that once I got used to the individual settings for different singers these Mics are excellent my karaoke singers love them...they are slightly lighter than I am used to but are quite robust and the colour coding makes it easy to spot who's got what mic when a few get up together...However I would have awarded 5 stars but I am slightly confused with the charging feature...I accidently put all the mics away switched on and so when I was to use them again all were flat...so I put on to charge..the instruction manual says.."the LED status light on mic will light up GREEN when charging is complete" However the mics already light up GREEN when I insert the charging lead..and stay GREEN throughout and so apart from leaving on charge for hours I have no way of knowing if they are fully charged also as someone else said there is no indication of how much battery life is left...Great price also

Got fed up with everybody tripping over the wired mics for our karaoke setup at home (especially after a beer!), looked at lots of reviewsfor wireless mics as well as video reviews on YouTube (Dj EllaSkins) - decided to go for the UHF Kam Quartet x 4 over VHF, they work 100%, no drop outs, i have connected the combined mic output to a floor standing Pevy active amp for our Karaoke nights, all my mates (and especially thier wives) love the freedom of movement, roll-on the 'Grease - Summer Nights' girl v boys duets lol

Unfortunately this system is useless, it keeps cutting out during people making speeches, i am using top quality batteries including the ones that came with this unit, the people may only be 10-15 metres away but still everything is cutting out and making me look stupid.I have contacted the company over and over again and had no response at all..I would not recommend this system to anyone. it's a poor system and poor customer service..Darren

When I first recieved the microphones, all I heard was feedback and it has just been growing and growing until the signal was picked up and the microphones didn't even work (this is only the second day I had the microphones)!

I host karaoke and have only used them once so far but they performed perfectly, great build quality, great sound, can't fault them in any way.

For anyone looking for a wireless multi microphone system that will work when microphone inputs are limited this system is ideal. The base unit effectively acts as a mixer for the 4 separate microphones. Sound output can be sent via a jack plug to a single microphone input socket. It is also possible to send output from each microphone to a different input via XLR cable.While probably best suited as a system for speech it doesn't disgrace itself if used for karaoke or other singing. A nice feature is that 2 microphones can be charged via a USB socket while the other 2 are in use. The whole system needs very little setting up. Make sure the rechargeable batteries in the microphones are charged and attach the antennae to the base unit and you are ready to go!
