Hygiene issues
Mine came totally unwrapped , no packaging, no cling foil, no plastic wrapping, nothing. It looked to me kind of opened and used , as if it had been a sample in a shop , totally unhygenic!I am not comfortable using it, dreading lip herpes or infections.The colour is quite bland,they name it “drama intense velvet” but it’s far from being dramatic... not very pigmented, more of a natural,nude-rose shade.I wouldn’t buy it again.
