OK, so its expensive. But holy cow.I've had a urine related issue for about 8 years now where I constantly had the urge to urinate at night. Every. Twenty. Minutes.It was ruining my life. When I'd go to try and relieve it, all I got was a trickle.These tablets have transformed my life. Literally. I've not slept 8 hours in a row for almost 8 years until a few days ago when I first took these tablets.Now, I'm almost back to normal. I feel like crying with relief.To whoever made these - thank you. I hope that only good things come to you, and that you live a long, successful and happy life.

Wonderful worth every penny
This product worked within 2days my bladder problem faded away im on day 5 and my bladder normal , after 3yrs of on and off problems with a nervy bladder, I feel back to normal now, I also advise to use a soap free shower gel in your lady areas too.

I went from painful urinating 5-6 times a night to 2times nearly painless ...
Life-changing product! It gave 90% improvement in my bladder spasms and incontinence from overactive bladder. Worked from the first day, but I took 300mg in the morning and 300mg at night. I went from painful urinating 5-6 times a night to 2times nearly painless times per night, which is expected because I drink water often at night. It also keeps me dry during the day, as it seems to strengthen my ability to hold on until I get to toilet. I'm amazed! I had such a horrible, depressing problem that I was about to give up and invest in adult diapers! I have been on pumpkin seed oil extract for a month now, and it continues to work better than any drug I've taken for overactive bladder. I'm so pleased, to say the least. I have since bought a bottle of Swanson brand pumpkin seed oil in 1000mg tablets; I take one twice daily, but am considering dropping to onc tablet daily to see if that works. I know of no side effects from this drug except the desired effect, but of course every person is unique and must make his/her own choices. I can say that this changed my life for the better, and I'm so pleased. Wish I'd known about it years ago.

Complete Rubbish!!!
These tablets do not work at all. They have not reduced the number of visits to the toilet, and they have not helped at all with improving bladder control. They are complete rubbish. Both the seller and the manufacturer of these tablets are rip-off merchants. They are being sold as dietary supplements, which are a con and a misnomer because they have nothing to do with whatever diet you are on. The only good place for them is down the sink which is where they belong. Don't waste your money on this rip-off garbage.

It Really Works!!!!
I have an over active bladder and would get a sudden urge and would have to run to a toilet, coughing, sneezing and laughing could be embarrassing too. I have noticed a huge difference in two days I am now on day 3, I am so happy and so glad I tried this Product.A huge thumbs up to AZO for making this.

Still going to the loo - but for a totally different reason...
Having reached the age or stage where I'm mentally calculating loo stops along a route - and then fretting about the risk of covid at each - this product seemed the answer to my prayers. Particularly with those frequent trips to the loo through the night. I was beginning to wonder if I had a prostate... However, one dire side effect most definitely linked to this product case, is gastro-intestinal discomfort and bloating. In common with another reviewer, I reduced the dose to two tablets a day but have lost count of the loo trips since I started. It reminds me of the impact of Metformin for diabetes and I'm hoping it wears off but several days in, it hasn't.
