This is a Beast of a light. Heavy duty components assembled with durability and watertightness in mind. Everything about this light is spot on, I have 2 of them under my dock. They are super bright, even after 1 year in the water. I prewired the dock with 220 volts to accommodate the lights, it was worth it. I highly recommend these lights for multiple applications including docks and piers. Also deep sea fishing at night 120 miles south of Pensacola in 1,200 feet of water. Boatload of Mahi, amberjack and wahoo.

Works, but in dark water (tannic acid colored-like tea) expect light to reach out about 5 feet in diameter.You have to let it stand upright, if in shallows and lays on bottom on side, it diminishes in light intensity immediately. I bought 2, and off of the dock on the lake, had to suspend from poles out away from the dock.For our colored water - needs to be a brighter version or greater quantity to be really productive. We purchased for summer camp bow fishing class. Using a 12 volt battery this was easy to use.

Good Night Fishing Light for the price

Gave this to dad for Father's day. Took it to Lake Huron, MI and it will light up the water for 15' around it at 69 degree water temp. The LED's are casted in what I think is acrilyc so very little possibility of water intrusion, and the cord seems heavy duty enough. For us though, we will be finding a way to extend it's length. Light came well packaged with foam surrounding the light itself. Just testing so far, hope it actually attracts the fish.

He is a fisherman. I just love buying different fishing products for him to use. This fishing light is one of them. We used it for the first time last weekend night. He gave a good review of the product. That makes me want to recommend it. He talked about easy operation, no trouble for him! The brightness of the light is also just, not reflective, not dazzling. These are important. The length is also quite suitable, we stand on the bridge, is also enough to go into the water. So it's a pretty good product. These are just our opinions.

Pretty sure airplanes could spot me easily with light 30ft deep.Took like 2min for 1000s of bait fish to be visible.
