Perfect for Nas environment
I feel it is a good product can't say much since I am using this from past 3-5 days. I am using for home NAS system built using raspberry pi. So my usage is low-medium. Bought this as backup device for my primary hdd. I will update my review if any faults found.

Product quantity and packing
Product is runng but the packaging is worst i have received inside the Amazon bag it was in plastic box which was broken that's the resion why hard drive was physically damaged. If the drive not work properly who will be responsible for this. But thanks to God it was working as I was expecting.

Worst Amazon service
They have delivered non functional hdd and declined to replace or return an item. They are blaming to me for non functional item and don't care for customer. Also they blaming me to violation of there policy regarding conditions of use. I went to segate service centre and they verified, hdd is non functional and they have replaced me. So people don't expect from Amazon to care of you and help all time. I have decided to never to purchase any item from Amazon

The hard disk received is unreadable and defective. Stuck with the segate service team for replacement.
