Built well
I used these to connect new speakers to my 2007 mercury mountaineer. They seem to be built very well. The connectors fit tight on both the speaker and car ends. I've tried other brands and I like these the best so far.

Good quality, great value
These are good quality and easy to use. For those wondering about other customers experiencing reverse polarity, check to make sure it's not your vehicle's wiring before blaming the harness.For instance, in my '06 F150 the front speakers take this harness as is (the metra equivalent would be 72-5600) but the rear speakers are wired in reverse which is why Crutchdield and others recommend the metra 72-5601 for the rear speakers. You can easily turn this 5600 harness into a "5601" by releasing the internal clips within the harness with a toothpick and reversing the pins. Enjoy!
