## Questions & Answers

**Q: What makes these better than The perfect push up elite?**
A: They are worse than the perfect push up elite. The grip on these only goes along the top of the handle, the bottoms have plastic exposed they are really uncomfortable. I have a pair and I rarely use them because they are uncomfortable.

**Q: Do these slide on carpet?**
A: They have four rubber like pads on the underside, which makes them really stable. I don't think carpet would be an issue.

**Q: Do they rotate 360 degrees or just 90?**
A: Yes, they do rotate 360.

**Q: Is it easy to accidentally trigger the rotation or will they stay stable if desired?**
A: They move very smoothly and are meat to rotate. However, the rotation is very controllable and feels very natural as your hands want to rotate as you go up or down. They’re not scary or unstable. Very solid feeling.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Push up bars

Superb bit of kit

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy on the wrists
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 29 June 2019*

Bought these for my husband as he suffers from arthritis and has difficulty in doing push ups using flat hands. He loves these and takes them with him when he is working away from home. Lightweight and very sturdy, great value for money, good quality. He really likes them and is able to do the 100 day push up challenge using them with ease.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost perfect.
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 10 October 2024*

These work really well and are plenty robust enough. I like the easy swivel action. Not quite 5 star as they are quite hard on your hands after a while. The grip could be a little softer, perhaps more rubbery. Very good though, overall.
