Great weight distribution, minimal sloshing, large bottles, and expandable pouches for long runs
Excellent waste pack. I sweat a ton making vest not an option. This pack is hands-down, the best one I’ve used. The angle of the bottles prevents Sloshing, and the materials are durable and very lightweight/wicking. The weight distribution is great and you barely realize it’s there after a while. The front pouch is perfect for a cell phone, easy access, and also sits on the waist and doesn’t bounce around much at all. Both the front and the back pouch are very expandable and can fit aSurprising amount including gels, phones, toilet paper, other accessories. The elastic Retainers are great for holding gels for longer runs. I’ve used this many times on long runs, and it works great for 18 to 20+ miles! I used seatbelt retaining clips based on other reviews and the belt doesn’t move or lose adjustment at all. Highly recommended.

Greatest running belt so far!
I love it!! It felt so lightweight on my waist. Was so easy to adjust even while running. Was able to mix Nuun into one bottle while carrying water in the other. I packed my fuel, endurolytes, gum, & debit card in the back pocket. Put some Skratch chews, chapstick, & chamois buttr in the front pocket for easy access plus I was able to stash a mask for running into the pharmacy & picking up two prescriptions and stashed those in the pockets also!! This thing is awesome! Ran a 10K for the first run…Update 6/3/21 - I ran a half marathon and several long runs now since unwrapping this. Two cons I’ve discovered: 1) the front pouch does not have a zipper or Velcro closure, so the contents fall out whenever I carry the belt from place to place (I plan to add Velcro to keep it closed sometime when I find the time) 2) the belt needs constant adjustment while run because it loosens on its own

Great Pack for short/medium hikes
I love the way the water bottles fit in the grooves and how lightweight the pack is. There is not a lot of storage except for the triangular pouch in the back and a cell phone pouch in the front. It makes it perfect for fitting in a small tube of sunblock pepper spray and kinesiology tape. The two bottles will last you through a couple of hours of hiking on a hot day. For longer hikes than that I suggest buying an additional bottle hanger.

Terrible Design
The seller was great, this belt is absolute trash. Even using seatbelt keepers, this doesn’t stay put. The bottles are near impossible to get out while running and I ended up pulling the kids completely off while trying. The bottle caps are rough and press into your skin chaffing it. There is no entry to the pocket for wired headphones and the pockets are smaller than advertised. An absolute disaster of a belt compared to the old version. Do NOT

Bottles contained water drops - Guess this was a Previous Return
Bottles aside, the pack seems to be well made and what I was looking for. You are able to store two bottles, the pouch in back is small, likely can hold a few gels or other food choices. The front pouch is tight knit and fits a typical cell phone and case with ease.Unfortunately, I cannot give any details on usage as I will be returning - not comfortable using a product of this nature that was clearly used by another.Note, does not allow one to submit a rating without choosing a "star-rating" so I selected 3. Will revise when new pack arrives and am able to use

Great product for loooong runs
This hydration belt lives up to the name Goat. The bottles are huge - maybe 20 ozs. The hug the waist well inside of hard supports that haves small side pouches to hold gels. The front pouch can hold my iPhone 13 and a couple of gels but it is made of mesh and is stretchy so be careful with the phone in there. Having said that, I had no problems and the phone was comfortable. The clasp/ buckle is a slide on and works fine. The belt can be tightened on either side and the tightening arrangement doesn’t slip after a while like others do.There is also the small poncho pocket in the back but I haven’t had any use for it.The arrangement of the bottles in a diagonal orientation works well, and you don’t really feel the weight of the whole thing on your hips. It’s interesting how the ultra marathon world has their own range of products that one would not normally find when looking for running gear. This was a great find

Great fit with stretchy pouch
Great fit and easy to adjust in the trail. Great to carry +1 liter. Center pouch very stretchy and Carrie’s more than you’d think.

Waste of money! All over the place
This waist belt has all the features I need for long days out on the trail, unfortunately after multiple long runs I have not found anyway to keep it in place. Forced to retighten every 30 seconds, especially with full bottles. It’s enough to drive any runner mad.
