You’ll need to wet it to be able to straighten it out. Tip: wet it in a storage container for a hour, then let it dry outside in the sun with books or something heavy on it.

I don’t know why it doesn’t match but we purchased a roll of the exact same product from the same supplier a few months ago (those are the beautiful golden hues on the sides) and didn’t have enough to complete our project so I ordered one more roll, which we installed in the middle door, and it is so clearly a different color. It has already dried and still doesn’t remotely match. I’m incredibly disappointed for the price, and for the effort put in.

This was perfect for redoing a piece of furniture.

Defective. Broken straws. Poorly made. glue everywhere!
