Leaky, Leaky! I really wanted one of these since getting back from Italy. I saw another review where they had same problem of leaking.I took a picture of my original fixture to the toilet and brought the metal pipe to Home Depot. I had to buy a hose in order to get this T value to work and I had a metal solid pipe. I installed and the thing leaked all over the bathroom floor. I went back to Home Depot and found another person in plumbing. I showed him what I took off the toilet and the hose I had purchased earlier. He looked at it and determined I had one of the older toilets and needed the gasket that actually fits up in the pipe of the toilet and not the washer that comes with it. After two trips to Home Depot I got it to work with no leaks. I had to take the washer out that came with the t-valve that screws to the bottom of the toilet and put in the one that is nipple shaped that some of the older toilet use. My toilet is 16 years old. After getting all this figured out it worked great! I did use three wraps of plumber tape. There should be something on the video they tell you to go to on youtube to explain you need to see what type of washer you are removing from the toilet when you disconnect the line. I am very pleased to finally get this installed with no leaks! I did need a good wrench to make sure everything was tight.

I've now had this for a couple of months and it's a life changer! I debated between this hand held model and the more traditional bidet models that are stationary. In the end went with this for a number of reasons.I chose this one because I was more familiar with this setup. I traveled through Thailand a couple years back and was first introduced to the bidet. It's a bit weird at first, but now, I'm sold. This is also super easy to install, takes about five minutes. Might take a bit getting use to, but, afterwards, you'll be glad you did! The other advantage to the shower handle feature is great for cleaning up in the front (ladies....trust me, you'll love it!).The one small negative, is it does not include plumbers tape. But, it costs less than a dollar to buy. You should always use plumbers tape when adding anything to your plumbing. Some people complained about the bidet leaking, but, they likely didn't use the tape first. I've never had any issues with leaking, and I've since moved and had to uninstall and reinstall again.

The sprayer works well, didn't leak like some other ones. But in a bathroom setting, which is what I bought it for, it didn't quite work as nicely as I hoped. It didn't work when turned upside down and was not convenient to use. I can see it being a good choice for washing other things, hence the 4 stars, but I'm returning it and using a different bidet.

Please check and verify your tap fitting before buy it. It takes little effort to install. Easy to use and once it installed it does it job. It is durable and material is also strong.

Had to call a plumber as the pipe was old abd started leaking. Got it replaced and fitted by a plumber. So now it’s covered in insurance.Its almost a year and it’s doing fine
