I bought this wireless charger back in October 2023. Has to be one of the best 3in1 wireless stands i bought so far.Doesn't heat up my iPhone and i think it also slows down the charge when your device is about to reach 100% to protect your battery from overheating which is awesome. Magnets are strong and the stand itself is not too space demanding but will fit all phone sizes without any issuesOnly thing is, recently after 5-6 months of use, the charge spot for the AirPods doesn't work while the phone is put on charge and vice versa. Also makes a slight ringing noise when the phone is on charge, possible the coil noise but its very faint, not sure if only mine does that.All in all great buy. Worth the price.EDIT: they got in touch with me and sent me a brand new replacement within a week. Amazing and fast customer service. This really shows they value their products and customers.

I haven’t even had this item for 3 months and it has stopped working. It worked great at first but now it does not charge at all. Very disappointed.Update: Ian from Customer Service reached out to me to resolve this issue. This product has a 24 month warranty so he sent me a replacement. I've updated to 4 stars, but I'm waiting to see if this replacement lasts longer than 3 months. If so I'll update this review again. Either way, this company is committed to their customer service and improving their product which I truly appreciate.Update 2: I’m happy to report this replacement has been working without issues! I’m changing my rating to 5 stars. Thank you Ian for going above and beyond to ensure the quality of your product.

The design is very cool and sturdy, but unfortunately the only thing this device MUST do is to charge reliably, and it doesn't do that. When I first plugged it in to use, it worked fine for both my watch and iPhone 13 (in an Apple brand MagSafe case). However, several days afterward I found that the phone failed to charge overnight. I thought I might not have placed it correctly on the charger or something, but when I put it back on, it just alternated between charging and not charging (as other reviewers have noted) and didn't make any charging progress. I then unplugged the charger and plugged it back in and it worked fine for a few days, but then the same thing happened. This is obviously unacceptable since I can't rely on my phone charging overnight. I assume mine is not just a defective unit since many others have had the same comment. I should have listened to them! Have to send it back!
