Solgar supplements always have the right amount of vitamins to help your body to recover. Only downside is capsules are so big so sometimes it’s difficult to swallow.

Currently pregnant and I’ve been using these! Love them, easy to swallow, no strange flavour and doing the baby very good things!

Solgar never disappoints, and these folate tablets are no exception. They’re a great alternative to synthetic folic acid, and I love that they use the active form (L-methylfolate) for better absorption. The tablets are small and easy to swallow, with no weird aftertaste. I’ve noticed a difference in my energy levels since taking them, and they’re perfect for anyone looking to support their overall health. Highly recommend if you want a reliable, high-quality folate supplement!

I love this product!!! I am always folic acid deficient but I can’t tolerate the synthetic stuff you get on prescription it aggravates my restless legs. However this is folate not folic acid so it’s in its purest form and it works amazingly well for me. Quality is excellent. Solgar vitamins and supplements always are. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the price. Solgar are very good but they are very expensive. It’s good value as it works but it’s just a little expensive for me so I tend to take every second or third day once my levels are topped back up so they don’t fall again. Highly recommend if you can’t tolerate the prescription kind highly recommend Solgar in general they really do sell quality products.

Easy to swallow and good

Not everyone can process folic acid, so these are great for trying to conceive and pregnancy.

Solgar es sin dudas una marca que no decepciona, en suplementación es y ha sido siempre mi primera opción. Excelente, y efectivo.

Literally could tell the difference with 1 dose taken...I tested dangerously low for Folate and B12 and was placed on B12 shots and 1000mcg's of OTC Folate. Ive trusted and purchased Solgar supplements in the past, so trying out the Folate from Solgar was a no brainer. So far, so good, Solgar is a win for me. Great company. I'm now in search of a specific magnesium made by Solgar that only seems to be sold with the Vitamin Shoppe. I thought it to be weird that Solgar doesn't sell it here on their shop. It's either that or I'm missing it. #Sadface. So, Ive been hesitant to purchase that one.

I ordered these because I have two family members with the MTHFR gene defect (which prevents absorption/utilization of the standard forms of iron). This supplement is a form of iron which has been converted so that people with the MTHFR defect can utilize it (my lay understanding, as per a health professional's recommendation to seek out this form of iron). I researched numerous brands and found Solgar to have both an excellent reputation for providing exactly what they advertise, in packaging that protects the products integrity, at a reasonable price. They have met all of those expectations, and both family members have seen their health issues diminish greatly, experiencing better iron counts, less fatigue, and noticeably improved energy and focus. Do your own research and, of course, consult your own health pros. One of my relatives did experience some constipation at a particular dosage (best dosage will vary per person depending on a variety of factors) but they adjusted the timing of the dosing and that problem went away. Giving this five stars, as this worked for us exactly as it should.
