Is this oil strong-smelling enough to deter clothes moths ?

Yes, I buy it to refresh my hanging anti-clothes moth devices, along with white camphor and peppermint oils. This year I have become so used to minimal moth activity I didn't bother to be so vigilant with refreshing them (a 9 month delay, instead of 3, so a year since last refreshing them) and enough moths have returned now for me to feel this definitely works!

No chemical at all? 100% natural ingredients?

It looks like it is pure. It says on the bottle "pure essential oil" and smells beautiful.

can you massage with this oil

Hi Lisa - Lavender is possibly one of the few essential oil you can use undiluted. Try a little bit on the skin first and wait if there's any reaction. If you want to massage it is best to mix it with some light carrier oil, it goes a longer way and it glides better on the skin. Sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, grapeseed oil will do very well.Personally, as I'm not able to use any alcohol based perfume, I use Lavender essential oil instead. 3 drops in the palm of the hand or on finger tips. The first 5 minutes it's intense, then it is great and fresh for the rest of the day.

A great tonic for your system in sickness and health

A terrific lavender essential oil with a wonderful heady aroma and a great price for this larger bottle. Also like the blue glass which makes a change from brown. I would buy this again.

Good quality lavender essential oil. Has a good calming aroma, not too overpowering, just nice and natural. I use it as home fragrance and add to unscented body lotion. It is so good, I've added this on subscription so I never run out! Good value in this size.

Nice smell, not lasting as much

The smell is nice but it is not strong as I am used to with other products here and it fades away very fast.

Lovely but weak scent

I bought this exact Lavender essential oil in the past & have definitely noticed the scent is much weaker as doesn't last. Which is such a shame as the smell is gorgeous unlike some other Lavender brands. Whereas with my past purchase I'd only need several drops in my Ultrasonic Diffuser & on my pillowcase, I now need minium of 20 drops. The smell also doesnt have the lasting power it used too. Therefore I will use the entire bottle within a short space of time. I'd probably buy again though as I do love the scent.
