Korbond 12 mm x 2 m Elastic, Black/ White

Good elastic, stretchy and strong, always good value from this known brand

Used this to replace the waist elastic on a pair of pyjama bottoms. We're now a year down the line and several washes later and the elastic is still holding up no problem. Should be noted that I never wash higher than 40o, so can't vouch for it at higher temperatures. But it's done the job for me.

I brought elastic because I needed some, I had brought some before but it was a little thin and chafing, so I brought this wider type from the same makers. I use it to hang a weighted tennis ball off my helmet, then it's like lifting weights with my erected member to help keep it big and strong.

The product advertised on the website was Korbond 12mm white elastic, We wanted white elastic, l had to order 2 as there was a minimum order clause. Whilst placing the order it appeared that l was order 2 packs of 1 x white elastic & 1 x black elastic, more elastic than was @ctually required, but my wife said ok, as we could give the excess to a friend who does a lot of sewing. As you can see by the attached photographs that the outer packing states “ Elastic black 12mm x 2m & Elastic white 12mm x 2m “ but the contents of the pack contained :- 1 x Black elastic 12 mm x 2 m & 1x white elastic 6 mm x3m. My wife opened both packs in case a mistake had been made in packing the first pack but both were identical. This of course means we do not have the 12 mm 2hite elastic that she requires to repair the cuffs on her fleece jacket. Could you please advise me as to the course of action.

Rather disappointed, this is not great quality and not a firm stretch but will do for most quick fixes and did not cost a fortune, in future I would but a wider tape.

I ordered one packet of white sewing elastic 12mm x 2m. What I got was two packets of black elastic. So, I got more which is good for me. The colour doesn't bother me as it won't be seen in my project.The reason that I gave only 3 stars is because I think people should be able to rely on getting what they order and to draw other customers' attention to the fact that if the colour matters to them, they might not be as happy with what they get as I was.

The elastic is of a good quality and just the right width for putting in skirt/trouser waistbands.
