Are the sheets very thin?

I bought these for my daughter to use for a project at school. They are not as thin as sweet wrappers but fine enough to be pliable and cut easily with scissors.

How heat resistant is this? In particular would it be ok next to a light bulb?

I've used it with a strong LED floodlight, but they are quite cool. I wouldn't trust it next to an old, hot incandescent or halogen bulb.

is this waterproof? Could i cover a white torch to make a red tail light?

Yes it is water proof. I used this to make poppies for last years rememberance service to decorate the cross which was outside. I don’t know about a torch but I can’t see a problem.

Would it be poss to use this inside small solar lights, to change them from white to blue?

You could, however i would be aware that solar lights do not give off much light and the (red) sheet i bought was fairly opaque so you might significantly reduce the brightness of the light

Not for paper craft

I wasn’t happy with these because I wanted them for card making and when you put the heat gun on they just melt but the are good quality and lovely colours if using then without heat.

J'ai acheté ces feuilles pour fabriquer la visière du casque de mon cosplay de Darth Revan. La couleur rouge est exactement comme sur les photos, les feuilles sont assez épaisses, mais on peut quand même très bien voir à travers, même dans une soirée où la lumière n'est pas trop présente. Je réutiliserais le reste des feuilles pour d'autres projets évidemment :)

Parfait et bon rapport qualité prix

Parfait. Feuille rouge assez transparente et rigide. Je ne m'attendais pas à aussi rigide mais convient malgré tout à mon utilisation. Semble de très bonne qualité/prix.
