I use 90gsm paper. What's the maximum number of sheets will it cut in one go?

I was using it for thin card but I reckon it could probably take 3 pages of A4 before you start to maybe have issues. It was great value for money and lasted forever!

Will it cut diamond painting canvas

I'm not sure. Haven't used it with that kind of paper before. Sorry. But overall, I find it very good. I manly use it for card making and watercolor paper.

Does this cut a 60gsm tracing/vellum paper?

I can't see why not. I cut thicker paper than that without difficulty.
