Product damaged

Very disappointed to find this was a single use plastic bottle, with a plastic and foil seal under the lid. This can't be reused, and is going to be difficult to recycle. We're supposed to be moving away from everything plastic, but not yet it seems. The quality of the contents has yet to be determined, but you lose a star for the plastic.

LorAnn is my go-to-brand when it comes to flavoring, a little will go a long way with their products. This Hazelnut emulsion gives you that yummy hazelnut flavoring. When you open the bottle/add it on your batter, it does smell sooo strong and does not smell "natural" but don't be discouraged as it will change when you start baking. The finished products smells and taste like hazelnut without that strong smell from the bottle. This came in a plastic bottle, I prefer if it is on a glass bottle though just like their other products.

Vraiment très amère et pas le goût de noisette..

I wanted to recreate the hazelnut coffee that you'd find in most cafès and I can say, this product did not disappoint whatsoever! A tiny drop goes a long way and the flavor and scent it gives is absolutely wonderful! It is an emulsion rather than an extract, so it's slightly viscous. I find using a dropper to be the best way to add it without a mess, but it's not really necessary.

I’ve baked with this and added it to unflavored coffee creamer. It’s been lovely in both applications, not overly sweet or artificial tasting. I’m very pleased with this and intend to purchase again.
