Only used a handful of times and bearing came off. Cannot contact supplier. Wanted a repair or replacement but not possible now having to go down refund route. As max on font offer facility to contact supplier will be looking elsewhere for a replacement

I absolutely loved this hula hoop as it was a way of me getting back into and actually enjoying exercise, however after about a week of usage the wheels broke (the ball bearings literally vanished!) and I've had to get rid of it as there was no way to fix it. Wouldn't recommend this one and I will be investing in a much more robust one in the future.

this came late Sunday but due to the weather I understood that. Easy to put together, but not sure when it say about the ball part when say unscrew to empty sand out instruction not very clear. Anyway I am trying to get the hand out it to work my body. So see how I go.

Love my hula hoop. Easy to assemble. The weight is pre-filled unlike some others. Took a few attempts to get going but soon got hang of it. I find it quite addictive. There are probably quieter ones out there - but it really isn’t too noisy. I may have gone for one with a counter on if I’d thought about it - but really this is good enough and a great price.
