Great phone, in excellent working conditions and looks great.

Update: lasted 14 months and then top half of screen stopped respondong to touch and black mark appeared in the crease of the left corner. Time to buy a new phone. This was RARELY folding the phone. So if you plan to fold it a lot i dont think it will last very long. I've had it for about a year now and it's still going strong. I read that people had issues with it cracking over time where it folds but I stopped folding it unless necessary like using as a flashlight to read at night or any other rare occasion I need to fold it. It's still worth having a folding phone because of those instances when a normal phone wouldn't work well. But yea I can't attest to if it cracks over time due to the fact I don't fold it often. There are tiny plastic pieces sort of popping up on each side where it folds though,its not bothersome at all and doesnt affect the functionality of it though. I also don't use a screen protector and have dropped it many times and it hasn't been damaged. I do use a phone case though so I'm sure that helped. I recently got one stuck pixel which is annoying but other than that its pretty much the same as it was when I got it a year ago so its holding up we'll. I would recommend this phone.

bought a phone from this company TWICE. The first one wouldnt stay powered on and the second the mic wasnt working lucky enough. I was lucky enough to get it replaced but the second one was too close to the persons bitrhday so i wasnt able to inspect it fully the phone powered on and worked fine. it when i called the person when they were at the airport did we realize the phone mic was not working. 2 times i was sold a defective phone from this company and they have no remorse for selling crappy half done not properly fixed devices. This is a good phone. Biut hard to repair. I shouldnt have to buy a phone just to have to pay more money for someone to fix something that shouldve have already come in good condition. Absolutely dissppointed and annoyed - then have the nerve to offer 5% partial refund for a device they sold that doesnt even F****** work

I love every phone case I have purchased from Amazon this one is no different it has a great place to put cards and a long adjustable shoulder strap the color is also beautiful. A great purchase for the money

LOVED this phone! I dropped it once and the screen completely broke. If you get this phone, you really need a case that protects it.

I ordered the purple bora version of the Samsung Galaxy Zflip 4 & it came on time in excellent condition like the description said. It only has a couple barely noticeable, miner scratches on the hinge & one on the top left corner. The screen is in perfect condition & everything looks great after finding a good Zflip case for it 😊👍🏼 The phone runs great & has more space than my S32 which I replaced with this phone. I will mention the description said it was factory unlocked, but I got an AT&T locked phone, but luckily AT&T is my provider so I got lucky 🙏🏼 Overall I love this phone it's so cute & I can fold it up to fit nicely in my pocket 🥰🤗

Took a while to get here cuz of the storm but other than that the phone looked brand new and works flawlessly. Would def buy again . Only downside is. I can’t updated the software on it but otherwise I like it

The phone came a bit damaged the left plastic bumper was not there only the right one. The cover screen had a small scratch. The phone is amazing. Its fast, you can wireless charge other devices which i love that. If you want to buy this phone you should but u should buy it at other places, this company is not the best nor its the worst. The phone is very lightweight and is very compatible. When using the phone you dont feel the screen when your using it. The lock on this phone is amazing.

La verdad adquirí está opción con mucho temor por algunos comentarios pero no podía desaprovechar la oportunidad de conseguir este tipo de teléfono a un super precio y me alegra haberme arriesgado! Llegó con una estética de 10 en mi opinión (la descripción decía calidad excelente y cumplió) y con una batería en un 93% de vida útil, lo único que no traía fue la caja original tal y como dice que es posible en la descripción para este tipo de productos por lo que no fue problema y traía un cargador original. A pesar de venir de USA, no tuve problemas para ponerle un sim de méxico (telcel) y reconoció todo sin problemas. La verdad quedé muy contenta con mi compra ya que me ahorré casi el 80% del valor original del teléfono. Espero siga funcionando todo a la perfección ya que solo llevo una semana con él y hasta el momento todo va bien. Si es así, definitivamente estaré al pendiente para otros modelos reacondicionados

Se que es un producto remanufacturado, no es nuevo se entiende, este celular tiene detalles estéticos, no afectan en nada el funcionamiento. A mi hija no le importo, así que se queda. Si tu quieres un producto remanufacturado, solo no esperes la perfección, tendrá algun ligero detalle. Pero por el precio se entiende.

Lo compre para envio a Mx, llego justo el día estipulado, en perfectas condiciones, la estetica y funcionamiento 10/10 (cabe aclarar que pague por la opcion "excelentes condiciones" pero aún así tenia mis dudas) llego en una caja "generica" cosa que venia en la descripción así que se esperaba, con la llave para el sim, cable usd, cubo de carga rapida, una mica ya aplicada y que dice que NO SE RETIRE y DESBLOQUEADO para cualquier compañia celular, yo lo uso con sim de Telcel. Dice "refurbished" pero la verdad es que ni se nota. 👌🏻
