Can this be put over acrylic paint and permanent vinyl? Or should it be put on before the vinyl?

i am wondering the same thing , did you end up buying it? i also am doing vinyl designs using the cricut and really need to know cant find much information anywhere else. Thanksss!

Can this be used on canvas painting or just wood?

It's ideal for canvas as it's flexible and will move with the canvas without cracking. I use the brilliant gloss and it gives canvas paintings the same brilliant shine as it does on wood. Even a soft brush will give slight brush strokes and you can avoid this if preferred by pouring a little on the centre of the painting and spreading it around using your hand, wearing latex gloves.
