I bought the 9cm ball which is perfect for massaging the bottom of your foot. I have plantar fasciitis so I didn’t want a ball that was too hard. This one is perfect because it isn’t too hard, it is slightly squashy but still firm enough to do the job.Came quickly and well packaged.

I smacked my foot waterskiing and my foot still hurt 4 months later. I tried rolling this on the bottom for a week and literally my foot feels like new. Also great on the lower back up against the wall

This product was inexpensive and yet perfect so impressed. Now ordering another for my sister. I have fibromyalgia and got pain in my foot arches and heel tendons caused by a new job where I'm on my feet for 8 hrs. It felt sharp but a nice pain if that makes sense the first day but eased the more I used it, cant wait to get home from work and use this just rolling it under each foot whilst sitting with a cup of tea its curing my foot issue and now bought the 9cm one for my back to self massage. I use it between my back and a solid wall works wonders, wish I had found them sooner. Im a size 3 foit and this 7cm is percect for my feet to grip the 9cm is a little to big but if your a man or have large feet them you may be better with 9cm
