Bulk Pure Inositol Powder, 500 g

I bought this as I have PCO and have had problems conceiving. The product itself is great but the problem lies with the packaging which is category 7 in plastics, this means it contains BPA which is a known estrogen mimicker and can seriously effect the quality of your eggs - the very thing I am trying to improve with the powder. Therefore this product is unusable. Such a shame that the basics were not thought of.

I felt compelled to write this review after my experience of only three doses. Firstly I would like to say that this review does not reflect the product itself. (Although I have nothing to compare it to apart from a lot of experience with supplements in general.) I'm sure the actual Inositol powder is very comparable to other makes and if you know you do not experience any side effects with Inositol then I have no problems in recommending you try this brand. I started on 1/2 tea spoon twice a day and after the second dose I started to get chest pain and palpitations. I still took a third dose of again 1/2 teaspoon and this increased the frequency of the palpitations. I stopped after that and it has taken 5 days for the pain and palpitations to stop. I researched these symptoms and found they are linked to people who are allergic to Inositol. A very expensive mistake for me and hence would recommend starting with cheaper capsules to see if you suffer side effects before switching to powder. Whilst I don't wish to put anyone off trying Inositol I think it's important for people to know about possible side effects as well.

This is a nice one, it comes with a very tiny spoon in it so do not be surprised when you see something green and plastic inside the powder

My lifesaver with PCOS. Once you start to take it regularly, me about 4g a day, you dont notice much. Its easy to feel relatively normal. But once you stop to take it, your mood swings are back.. than you learn how much it worth.

Después de una semana de tomarlo, comencé a tener fuertes dolores de cabeza que no podía aliviar ni siquiera con analgésicos. Tuve que hacer una pausa y reducir la dosis a la mitad. pero todavía hay aspectos positivos: la depresión ha disminuido, el sueño ha mejorado, los dolores menstruales han desaparecido.

Angenehm im Geschmack, leicht süßlich löst sich sehr gut im Wasser auf, in Säften oder dergleichen dafür relativ schlecht, ist aber kein Minuspunkt wenn man es weiß Eine Dosierhilfe ist inkludiert, war bei mir jedoch ganz unten und habe es erst am Ende gesehen Wird sehr gut vertragen, nehme täglich 4g auf einmal und habe bisher keine Probleme diesbezüglich Kann ich nur empfehlen, ob es auch wirklich wirkt muss jeder für sich entdecken, da ich es nicht gegen PCOS oder dergleichen nehme

Wahnsinn, was dieses Zeug bewirken kann! Mehr Energie, keine Stimmungsschwankungen mehr, keine Haare mehr am Kinn, keine ölige Haut mehr, und auch die Gesichtsunreinheiten sind deutlich zurückgegangen. Einfach WOW!
