Delighted with this product, I've been able to keep track of my husband through the night and see that he doesn't come to harm. A well made and robust product.

For disabled person getting out of bed or off recliner chair...mat bigger than expected...alarm is loud and clear...really pleased with it but a bit expensive but so are all things to make life a bit easier for carer..

Really easy to use. Mum has Alzheimer’s and wakes for the loo at night, sometimes mistaking chairs or a step as the loo. We have this outside her bedroom and notice that as it’s a different colour from the carpet mum stops before stepping onto this and will turn round and find her en-suite. When she does step out we hear her quickly and can go and help her find the loo. We take this up and store behind the sofa in the day as mum is always with someone.It’s really easy to set up and use

Purchased this item 07 06 2020 delivered 15 06 2020,5-6weeks after warranty runs out ,item ceased to work and have been advised I need a new transmitter at a cost of £40 approx,we as a family are gravely dissatisfied as this item needed to be reliable to keep our 95 yr old mother safe at night.
