I like this product and think it probably helps me to not get sick very often. However, the first one broke within 3 months, the clear plastic on the inside broke in half. I ordered another one and this time bought the product protection plan on Amazon and this one broke after 8 months in the exact same place. I put in my claim with Asurion and they would not honor the protection plan sold by Amazon. So, I had to call Amazon and after 30 minutes they agreed to credit me the paid amount if I sent it back. Now I am not sure if I will order another one...no protection plan offered and two broke in the same place.

I'm really impressed with how quickly and effectively this helps when I'm feeling irritated by the air outside. It's very easy to use and the battery life is solid enough to get me through the day. While it is on the pricey side, the relief I feel makes it worth it for me. It is a little tight on my neck, so it is clearly built for someone on the smaller side, but it does exactly what it says it will do. I barely even notice it is there because it is so lightweight, and it runs very quietly so it isn't a distraction at all. I don't think you can actually replace any filters on this, but it has these little brushes that you can clean instead. I think these are a great idea and I look forward to when everyone has one. It's a nice, high quality device that is very easy to keep charged and ready to go.

I can’t honestly say if this device works or not, it doesn’t make any sounds or indication of an airflow to confirm if it’s functioning except for a small blue LED light. In terms of wearability, it does feel natural and comfortable because it fits well and lightweight. What I don’t like about it is it’s still using a micro-b usb for charging which requires you to carry another cable when you need to charge this. Everything now is USB-C so this becomes inconvenient.
