2 weeks later, haven't thrown anything out of my pram...yet. Taken in the morning I feel greatly improved as far as mood and mobility are concerned, but by 1600 hours it seems to wear off.

The company very helpful to warn of side effects but sadly I got them despite taking a vitamin they suggested to counteract.I have the genetic mutation C677T MTHFR and was occasionally taking a cheaper supplement of methyl folic acid. This did not produce side effects and helped with sleep and energy levels

I have just started with the product, but so far so good. I also bought the 5000mcg from this company as well because I'm pretty sure that I need more of this type of folate on a daily basis. Having the MTHFR gene, I was happy to have discovered this product. This will definitely become part of my daily regimen.

Good quality folate supplement
I have used this particular brand of Folate for years. I lack a certain gene to absorb or convert folate from food. Before taking this my folate levels were low. Now I take them 3 x per week. If I have any issues I just add another day. Works well, good quality.
