I had a wooden knife block many years ago and recall how useful it was, especially in a kitchen with limited space. . As I mislaid it and now wanted a stainless steel finish, this one fits the bill perfectly! It accommodates all styles and sizes due to a clever design, is sturdy, smart and sleek. It arrived within 24 hours and is sitting on my countertop looking fab. I love it.

This is a dream. Holds knives, of all sizes, safely and cleanly. Is a doddle to dismantle and wash and looks lovely.

I was surprised at how heavy this knife block is, not at all flimsy. It takes all my variety of kitchen knives (12 for some reason) . They are held in place quite tightly and a little difficult to remove but that is likely preferable to their being loose in the holder. I don't know if its possible to clean indie the holder as the framework that holds the knives if fixed in place. Still, smaller footprint than normal blocks and capacity to have all knives out make it a good choice. It matches my kitchen well. Pleased I bought it.

Our new knives didn't fit our old wooden knife block, so we needed something more flexible. The knives are held firmly in place (the more you put in, the tighter the fit - we have 8 knives, and prob could fit more in) and even the long bread knife and curved pizza knife fits easily. The insert comes out for easy cleaning and the whole thing looks very smart.
