My results improved, and also they've helped me with going to the toilet daily instead of every 3 or 4 days. I don't like the fact that if I put them in my pill case, they split over time, but I guess leaving them in the casing is no biggy. I find them easy to swallow with a bit of toast or a pancake for example.
