(39 F) I originally bought this bottle as a gift for a family member dealing with anxiety, hoping it could offer a more holistic option than prescription meds. They ended up refusing it, so the bottle just sat there staring at me for over a week. Eventually I decided to try it myself one morning, expecting something similar to the calm I used to get from Olly gummies. It was different, and better. I felt deeply relaxed, almost like an edible, but without the heavy, groggy feeling. I was drowsy enough to fall asleep early and found myself taking it every night as part of my wind-down routine. Falling asleep became noticeably easier. I took Lemme Chill consistently for about two months and started noticing bigger changes. I wasn’t getting as emotional over small things or crying as often as I normally would. My last two cycles were surprisingly mild, almost no PMS symptoms, barely any cramping or tender breasts, and my period even caught me off guard. No PMS crying either. Once the bottle ran out about a a couple weeks ago, everything came rushing back. My period is due and PMS has hit me hard. Ashwagandha can work really fast to produce a desired effect. I took it two days in a row and that was the charm. I took two gummies last night and slept really well. I didn't feel really anxious again until about 5 pm today when I took two more gummies. I then sat in my recliner and drank some water and put on my heated blanket. So after taking these at 5 pm I waited to see what would happen and if they'd work in real time. The first thing I noticed at about 5:05 pm was that the room got brighter. This sometimes happens with antianxiety pills I take. Then at 5:10 pm my anxious thoughts just stopped and my breathing became deeper after having been very shallow before. At exactly 5:25 pm I took a deep breath spontaneously and breathed out like a deep sign of relief. It happened automatically without me causing it to occur. The body just knows when it starts to relax. By 5:47 I was feeling so much less anxious and my breathing was back to normal. By 6 pm I felt very relaxed but not falling asleep. Now at 7 pm I feel pretty good with NO anxiety and NO stress and NO restricted breathing. I feel happy. The definition of CHILL to me is that you feel relaxed and happy! Honestly surprised to find these actually work. They taste great too. The directions say to take two twice a day but I don’t need that much. I take two on occasion after work when I’m ready to cozy up and wind down for the night. Post shower/self care routine, cozy mood lighting, two gummies, and my fav show is 10/10 evening. I notice a chill, relaxed, sleepy effect. I sleep well and I don’t notice a groggy feeling the way I use it. Can’t speak to as directed use though. I took one star away for the price. If you use as directed that’s expensive af in my opinion, considering how quickly you’ll go through a bottle if you’re taking 4 a day. If price is a concern I’d say it may be worth looking into an affordable option with the same main ingredients. If you intend to use it like I do though I’d say it’s worth it for the price if you need help winding down

I read a few mixed reviews some people said it worked others said it didn’t, so I decided to buy for myself and try it. For me personally, it didn’t work. You are supposed to take two a day and I did. My theory is that if you used to garden 🍃 (as I did) and have a high tolerance these won’t do anything for you. I stopped gardening and wanted something else to help keep me calm but these have no affect on me. It doesn’t make a difference in my sleep quality either. Taste isn’t bad but isn’t good either, taste like any other vitamin. All in all wasn’t worth it for me. The bottle is super cute though but I was under the assumption that it was glass and it’s not, it’s recycled plastic.
