Trigger doesn't work on two bottles
Ordered two bottles and the triggers work on neither, really poor product. The liquid works but you have to poor it out of the bottle.

DO NOT BUY THIS!
My toddler had a wee on my rug. So I bought this product as the standard cleaning I did didn’t quite get the smell out. This made the smell SO MUCH WORSE! Unbearably worse. I can’t stand being in the same room as the rug now. I have a professional cleaner coming tomorrow and I am pretty nervous that they won’t be able to rescue my rug. This product is awful. However, Amazon were very helpful. I told them the issue and they did refund me. Now just very hopeful my rug isn’t completely destroyed.

No so good
My carpet still sells of urine, and I’ve used the whole bottle on it. I did everything it said to do on the tub, but yet still smells. So not very happy and would definitely send back for a full refund. Waste of money never buying again.

Did not work!
Purchased the item on Amazon prime and received the next day. Sprayed the product onto a rug that had a small amout of urine from our dog on it. After following instructions the rug smelt even worse the next day and the urine smell was as bad. Not impressed at all but Amazon did refund us for this item.

Didn’t work
Unfortunately this didn’t work for me. My cat has been peeing in one corner of the spare room carpet, unfortunately I’m not sure how many times but at least twice. I’ve tried disinfectant, vanish carpet cleaner and now this. I actually used 4 applications of this and followed the instructions but it still stinks in there. Maybe this product only works if you catch the pee stain immediately.

Not affective
Tried this as its much cheaper than Simple Solution Pet Stain and Odor remover. Did not work half as well but I suppose that's in the price. And you have to spray many times before anything actually comes out each use.

Made no difference at all
Had a patch of dried urine on a carpet, product requires you to soak the carpet thoroughly which with a mist spray trigger bottle is a pain and took pretty much the full bottle. Covered and left overnight as instructed…..No difference, perhaps maybe worse. Used bicarbonate of soda and distilled vinegar mix….sorted :)
