Loved the price of this for the good quality.Really strong

Our 20 year old 50 litre Brabantia bin lid finally packed up and instead of forking out a ton of money I bought this.It sits over the top of the bin and functions adequately but it is loose and slips about all the time. It’s ok for now as a cheap fix until I get my ‘in cupboard’ bins but definitely not a long term solution.

Like - only had to replace the lid of the bin which is great.Dislike - None

Don't fit broke within 1day

It does the job but there is a technique that I have found to use it for it to behave! You have to press the button to open it quite hard. The lid then flips up with great force and the lid could jump off the bin if you don't keep your fingers on the button. Secondly, you need to close the lid by pressing the lid down right beside the button to ensure it clicks properly. It is quite flimsy and it is all black but it is great value.

Not very good because the spirit has come out of the lid.

Well seeing as a new bin lid was £42 I thought I'd try this. It works fine. It doesn't enclose the bin overhang and it can be a little bit awkward to open. You really have to press the button.Would I buy again? Yes.It's never going to be as good as the Brabantia lid and I wouldn't expect it to be.
