This actually works! I'm not lying, my dog has suffered a lot from very red, bare skin, dry skin, scratching a lot, I've tried just about anything and everything, even a vet who wanted to put my dog on monthly injections at a cost of £100 a month! I'm so glad I gave this ago, after just a few applications, his skin has calmed down and the soreness and redness has improved massively, he's a much happier dog too! So, after many failed products, this is definitely the one that's working, and I thoroughly recommend it!

Using after having tried EVERYTHING available for German Shepherd dry ears. Instant relief, she actually comes to me to apply the cream, stops her scratching, ears are very much improving, over a few days. No overpowering odour, consistency like slightly runnier sudocrem.

I brought this for my elderly bunny girl Gina, who suddenly got really bad dandruff (mange mites?). I felt awful about not noticing it sooner so went on Amazon a brought a bunch of things to help soothe and cure her. This especially caught my eye since it says 'reduces itching' and I felt terrible about the way she was scratching and itching. I dosed her up with Beaphar Spot-On Anti-Parasite then this came about 2 weeks after I applied the first treatment. (Extremely fast delivery, came within 2 or 3 days I think) Applied a small amount to her back, once a day - mainly on the places where the dandruff was the worst, (just sorta parted her fur then gently rubbed it onto the skin) after 2 days i noticed a distinct improvement, her itching had basically stopped (though this could have partially been due to the Spot-on working) and her dandruff had definitely cleated up a lot - for the first time in a couple of weeks I could actually see healthy, pink skin *embarassed*. I confess to not applying it as regularly as I should *lol* but so far it has definitely made a lot of difference, litrly no itching, normal grooming behaviour etc. My only peeve is that it does leave greasyish fur.Would definitely recommend but beware...A) the tub is MINISCULE (a little goes a long way though, but probably wouldn't last moons if your using it to treat a dog;)B) it does have a slightly weird smell, neither me or my bunny mind it but mightnt be great for a picky cat....

This product is amazing I have a miniature imperial Shih Tzu and not gonna lie since I got him 2 1/2 years ago he has so many problems dry ears and the worst scratching! The item is OK but just thrown over right of way couldn't be bothered to walk in so why lie and say put in letter box when I was here with door open

Got this as my bichon was itching and had hair loss been using it once a day for 2 weeks and so much improvement and it soothes

So my kitten out of nowhere developed a quite aggressive scab on her head, you couldn't see it but you could feel it, I knew it wasn't fleas so I had her tested for ringworm and mites, both test was negative. My vet wanted to charge me hundreds for a steroid injection and some "just Incase" antibiotics! He'd already charged me £25 pound for the privilege of saying hello and over £100 for the worm and mite testing, I wasn't paying more for him to treat something on a wim he was right. As always I type in Amazon the kittens problem "kitten scabs" haha , Amazon is the knew Google wikipedia now, and this cream come up as a suggestion, for less than £4 what could I loose? Arrived the next day, I cleaned and made sure the area was dry and slapped on the cream, I used quite a lot, I did this for three days, Everytime I saw the cream was no more I'd apply more, the scab has completely disappeared, it's been a month now and she's still scab free, I don't know what's in this cream but it's like a wonder cream, amazing. All that money wasted at the vets, I could kick myself. But at least the problem is solved now
