Good quality at a fair price.

Has a little tightness but it needs to You wear it once or twice it loosens up even though I got a big head

1) I wear a 7-3/4 hat. This hat was at least one size smaller than 7-3/4. 2) The neck protection ("bill") was roughly 1/2 of the size depicted in the pictures. If you are looking for welding protection, I suggest you pass on this vendor.

they are not the same. The blue has a large weave liner, & the black has a smaller weave liner which looks to be of a higher quality. The shells look to be the same & are a heavy enough cotton to protect, but not be too hot. The jury is out on the impact of the different liners re: temp, durability, etc. The seller should state these are two different caps for the blue/black combo, the blk/grey combo & for the patterned set. *** Jury came back quick *** <7 days later The blue is definitely hotter, though I have only wore the black version once. The elastic is too tight, or the size is too small; < hour later had to stop wearing before headache started. (Should be fixable; I've had elastic cuffed sweats/warmups too tight b4. If elastic is stitched for entire length, cutting a few stifches at a time will 'adjust' tightness. Also, both caps are very deep. When also needing to wear ear muffs or anything w/ top strap, have to pull cap uncomfortably over ears to prevent excess material on top from interfering w/ top strap. Then material over ears interferes w/ ear protection. Damned if you do, damned if you don't situation, for sure. If I could deduct a star, I would. Cheap caps, but be ready to work on them to improve their worth.
