I love this product. Literally life saving. Good for body and mind! Great taste, no stomach pain, no bloating like with other iron products. Woman need minimum 16mg iron daily for good mental and physical health. If you suffer from any mental illness (depression, anxiety, panic attacks) or having infections all the time you definitely need this.
