Too embellished for my taste

Packaging is great! Nothing broken or torn. The purse is beautiful, the center rock is slightly tilted but not an issue for me. Came with 2 chains, short hand size and long crossbody size. The hooks are cheap, hopefully the hooks and chain hold up. To open you just tilt the “bow” towards the back. Unfortunately the inside is 1 big compartment, NO small pockets inside. The back of the purse is soft, almost pillow-y

I gave it 3 stars because it is a beautiful bag, but thats where it ends. I'm aware that for a bag of this type you can't carry much, but this is the only bag I ever had where all I could put in it was my cell phone. I tried to include a pen but couldn't close the bag so I had to remove it. The beads on the purse snagged my new dress in 3 separate areas. The chain wouldn't stay attached. I checked very carefully to make sure it came with a shoulder chain because I don't like carrying clutches and was thrilled to see it came with 2, although I knew I'd only be using the shoulder chain, I ended up carrying it as a clutch because the chain just wouldn't stay attached and I didn't have my jewelry plyers with me to clamp it down again. Another disappointment, when i put the chain in the bag it wouldnt close. I had to take my phone out and wear it around my wrist so I could keep the chain in the bag. I didn't want to lose it because I knew I had to return the bag.

This handbag looks better in person than expected !!! Great with any outfit !!!

This evening purse exceeded my expectations. The beads on the front are secured firmly, the clasp works well and it’s best of all it fits my iPhone 13 Pro Max with space to spare for a slim cardholder, keys, lipstick and more. The crossbody chain is long enough for me at 5’9” and a shorter chain strap is included if you prefer to hold on the elbow or in your hand. For the price it’s a great buy.
