Healthy snack for you.
If you are looking for a low carb, high protein healthy snack, this is a good candidate. Stays fresh in the resealable bag. Very tasty. Won't spike your sugar. Other flavors are good as well.

Almonds are good for you.
Purchased for hubby. He likes this flavor of Diamond Almonds. There's no heat to these, if there was, hubby wouldn't be eating them. This is a quality brand. I personally do not like many things that are smoked. Really the only thing I can think of that is smoked that I like is Bacon. Hubby has diabetes and this is a good snack for him. I look for foods with low carbohydrates and that he would actually enjoy. This is one of them. I will keep purchasing and probably on Amazon. Prices here are usually reasonable.

not always fresh but I like the smoked flavor. A little high priced for the amount you get.

Tasty but salty
I love the taste but be wary of the salt content if that's an issue for you.
