no, you would need a fender rack or something to bolt it to that is connected to the frame. The fender alone would not support the pack.

Poor design

The standard Rotopax Mount is absolute rubbish. It does not hold the can firmly and I suspect it will fall off. Secondly when the mount does not have a can attached. the retaining collar will work itself loose and you will loose it. Complete waste if money that I would like to return for a refund, but I an nit allowed as I have fitted it. But in doing si I have found how rubbish it is. Buy the Delux version as that has a second locking down collar. That is what they should be selling - the standard ine is simply not fit for purpose. Very, very disappointed
