Great alternative to hammer
This tool works well. I had very tight hinge pins that were difficult to remove. Using a hammer was very awkward and required so many strikes that I was worried the door frame itself would get damaged from the force. When I used this HIT tool, it still took dozens of strikes (be patient) but the pins gradually slipped out. This was much less riskier than swinging a hammer. Highly recommended.

Very functional
I've been using a hammer and punch for years...not sure why I did not buy this earlier! Our new house has painted hinges (hate this but it is what it is) and if you need to set a hinge pin (remove doors for appliances for example); using a hammer to reset the pin will remove or scar the paint on said pin. This does the trick without having to use a piece of wood or some other object. Just real handy to carry and use on its own.

What a neat product.
I literally have showed this off to my friends. This is such a neat tool, I just hope I don't lose it! It's nice to not have to use a hammer and screwdriver because then you often miss and ruin your paint. This is so easy to use, very disability friendly too.

It works on doors for sure.
It works on door hinges for sure. I was moving a bunk bed into a house. I was able to take two doors off in about two minutes and it kept me from totally disassembling the bunk bed. Saved me an hour. Success!

Excellent Product!
These spring loaded tools work great. Iโve have several versions with different heads. My primary use has been to loosen stuck screws where the head is in such bad condition a screwdriver will not work. With a simple release under spring tension the amount of force is remarkable. Excellent quality and value.

Tight area? No problem
Works great in tight areas, like on door pins for instance. Packs a strong punch in just a couple inches of pull back.

Spring isnโt super durable
The spring is out of shape but still works ok-ish. It worked very well before the spring went bad.
