Will this block my hearning after spraying into ear

No, it isn’t heavy or clogging. Just use the amount stated, don’t use too much. By the time I showered after a long swim I couldn’t tell I’d used it - I was swimming three times a week and it definitely helped prevent ear infections for me.

The ingredients are olive oil, mineral oil and tea tree oil

Can you use this then put ear plugs in too?

According to the instructions it creates a barrier to stop water without ear plugs

Should you use this before or after a swim?

Definately before. I'd suggest around 10 minutes before but can be done before you leave for the pool or just before. After you can clean your ears with warm water, although its not needed unless you spray lots of times!I combine this with earol advanced wax remover which I use every few days regardless of wether I go swimming or not.
