The result was an A+. The lousy directions were a C-. For the price, this is the best knee scooter. Brakes, knee pad and construction are all fine. The turning radius is limited for safety reasons, but they are all designed that way. Hard to make a sharp turn into doorway. Takes a little jostling to get turned. However, if it was able to make a sharper turn, it would be dangerous for most people who can’t walk and chew gum at the same time. Overall, this model is just about the best if you don’t want to spend $300. I only used it for a month, so the all-terrain $300 version was not worth it. This is a quality company and you will not be disappointed if you buy this walker.

I loved everything about it. It was easy to use and rolled with ease. It is much better than crutches.

The media could not be loaded.  I am non wieght bearing for a few weeks ( ankle fusion). The size of the wheels make it difficult when you go over the edge of carpet or ,grout lines on tile floors and transition strips. You have to take pressure off the scooter pad other wis it is like hitting a curb. Next after 3 weeks the brakes would not lock which make it difficult to move form scooter to chair/ bed and back due to movement of the scooter. The pad on the kneepart shifted to one side which make you have to compensate to maintain stability when moving. Some minor things, after 2 days the bag on the front started coming apart, ie handle came off and loops to mount the bag frayed to almost useable. An update. I contacted the sompany about the problems. They asked for a video of the issues. Once theyrecived the video they replied they would send a new unit. Based on customer support I changed the rating to 4 stars

I have been using this product for over a month now and I really love it. It’s very easy to use and I’m glad I purchased it.

UPDATE: A new part arrived today (3/9/23), so hopefully it lasts. Customer service was slow to replace the part (2+ weeks), so I’m still giving this a low review —-2 stars. This is not a product that will last… there are other loose parts (handlebar is wobbly), so still wouldn’t recommend.I can't even give this 1 star. I purchased this in December 2022 with surgery happening in January 2023. After 5 weeks the entire knee pad assembly was loose and today it CAME OFF while I was on it. I have reached out to the company and they have said "a replacement is coming"", but I have yet to hear when. I would not recommend this product but I may revise my my review if I get a response. Both my husband and I are currently disabled, so this is a critical piece of equipment for us...and it FAILED>

Perfect for my mom who broke her ankle. She loves it and keeps her mobile while off her foot. 10/10!

I have 2 one for each level in the house. I fractured both ankles. I had surgery on one and can't put weight on it for 4-6 weeks.
