Indispensable when you want to take a chilled bottle of white wine to a restaurant. Also dispenses the need for the waiter to put it in an ice bucket. Quality of this item is top notch!

So far, so good. I purchased two of these to help keep my white and rose wines appropriately chilled during a birthday "open house" party I hosted. They worked great! The party started at 5:00 PM and they were still chilled at 8:00 PM. The design is perfect: they fold flat so they don't take up much space in the freezer. I just keep them in the freezer until needed, and they go back into the freezer when I'm finished. Would happily purchase again.

This product works well to chill a bottle or keep one cold, but I've found that it's really an either/or solution. You can either chill a bottle of warm room temperature wine OR you can keep a pre-chilled bottle cool for quite some time, but not both. Based on my experience, if you use this to chill a bottle, the cooler becomes too warm to keep that bottle chilled for an extended time. This chills to the recommended serving temperatures of most wines, but for those needing the biggest chill (such as dessert wines or Riesling), this doesn't get quite cold enough. I've observed that, once frozen, this can take a bottle of wine from warm room temperature (about 77) down to the low-50s, which is perfect for most white wines. But again, if you're serving a wine that likes to be in the mid- to low-40s (or if you just prefer your wine extra cold), this won't quite cut it. If you're curious, all of my tests/experiences are based on freezing the chiller in a 0 degree F freezer. Your results will obviously vary depending on the starting temperature of your wine and the temperature of your freezer. Overall, I'm quite happy with this product, mostly because it lets me get to my wine faster! Just be aware of this product's limitations and it should meet your needs.

Works quickly and continues for an unexpected long time

This is a decent bit of kit. It's got style, and using it is as easy as pie. Seriously, it could win awards for its looks and simplicity. But here's the kicker - the freezer pack just doesn't hold up. It cools your wine quick, but runs out of chill pretty fast. So, if you're planning a long, leisurely wine session, this might not be your best bet. Their customer service team was cool when I reached out, though. All in all, it's okay, but I'd love it if that freeze lasted longer. Worth considering, but be aware of the limitations.

It works well, but really is too expensive for what it is.

Efficace et facile à utiliser

Ottima soluzione per tenere in fresco il vino durante tutto il pasto con il minimo ingombro a tavola e senza dover ricorrere a secchiello e ghiaccio. Per versare il vino la bottiglia può essere tenuta sia dal collo che rimane scoperto, sia dal corpo in quanto non risulta scivoloso. Quindi molto pratico e anche il look è piacevole. Si adatta abbastanza bene alle forme anche non perfettamente cilindriche delle bottiglie in quanto anche dopo varie ore in freezer il gel non solidifica e quindi consente un po di agio .... personalmente l'ho preso per il bianco frizzante che vedete in foto la cui bottiglia ha un diametro di 8 cm ed è perfetto! Sono soddisfatta!
