Works Great, Easy to apply and definitely reduces CPU Teemp
First time trying MX-6, and very impressed at how well it reduces CPU temps. The price is outstanding for such a large quantity. I highly recommend it.

Better overall performance than ARCTIC MX-4
Much better performance than ARCTIC MX-4. Around 5 degrees cooler.A lot easier to apply than ARTIC MX-4, it is not as liquid. Similar consistency to Original Vaseline. Easy to spread with a spatula with little to no mess but recommended to use the rice grain or pea (medium-sized) methods in order to avoid bubbles due to it being a little firmer than MX-4; bubbles don't get out as easily with heat sink pressure if spread with a spatula and they DO cause problems and quite lower performance in this case.

Great to have on hand in replacing factory pastes!
Moved from the mx4 after seeing this was an improved formula. First use was on a dell latitude that kept throttling and temps would hit 93c.I have used mx4 a few times and it worked well to bring the ceiling temps down to 85 87c. I still was not happy with the temps and wanted it to go down even further. After a copper shim modding to the heatpipe and an MX6 application, i was impressed that i was able to see the temps where i wanted. This stuff brought the temps down to peak 82 85 C. May not sound like much but it is a huge improvement. The fans dont blast as hard and the temps sink really fast from heavy loads around the low 30s mid 40s. This stuff is excellent for overheating laptops. Cpu is a intel 6600u with temp junction at 100cAfter the laptop, i decided to repaste my main rig by replacing the mx4 that was in there from a few years ago when i last replaced the thermal stuff.Normally my fan speeds where 30%-60% variable with temps ranging from 34c to 67c, which is not bad at all. After replacing with mx6, i was able to change my fan curves to 20%-60% with variable temps ranging from 30c to 55c! Thats an impressive shave off of the average temps i get. Once in a while the temps hit 60, 62 but for like a nano second...this stuff is excellent! The cpu was a ryzen 3 3300x running stock with turbo boost. No overclocks just yet, but everything seemed to run excellent and fairly cool. Very happy with the results especially during heavy load.I plan to repaste a few more cpu and gpu's with this stuff in the near future. Right now everything is running great. Very impressed with this stuff

I love MX6! The absolute best thermal paste out there.
Not exaggerating even slightly, out of all the thermal pastes I have ever used, this stuff is the best, easily and concisely. Most recently I put it against Thermal Grizzly's Aeronaut, Kryonaut, Hydronaut (all excellent for their particular uses), Noctua's NT-H1 and NT-H2 (top 5 pastes) and Thermalright's TF7, TF9, and TFX (all garbage, Thermalright makes crap products when it comes to performance and consistency in every sense of the word), and a handful of other pastes I had on hand, and Arctic MX6 outdid them all in every way when it came to normal OC, non-specialized situations. It outlasts them all, has the fastest perceived RTA, and perfect consistency.I'm impressed considering I idle as low as 26c, peak at 66.9c, and loaded gaming I sit at around 41.3c when it's 4k 120hz max settings. Even dropping it down to 1080, it stays below 51c with a 5.2Ghz/120 watt OC on a 7800X3D. I put it on my RX 7900XTX Sapphire Nitro+ and it keeps the loaded hotspot temps down to 70c at 465 watts, and idle around 28c. It was good before, staying at max 73c, but everything helps. You can't beat this stuff at all, it except for the Kryosheet from TG, but that only beats it at longevity.Next time you need paste, get this and don't worry about it.

Better than the mx-4 I was using
Can't speak for the longevity of the mx-6 paste but the mx-4 worked great with my i7 7700k for over 6 years without reapplying. Didn't seem to need repasting but I thought I would try this mx-6 paste and see if there was much difference in temps. I can't remember what the temps were when I initially pasted my cpu but I do recall never seeing them go under 40C.currently with the mx-4 my cpu was idling around 45C and under very heavy load hitting up to 81C. Now with the mx-6 it's idling around 36C and hitting at most 72C. That's all with the i7 7700k running stock voltages at 4.2ghz without turbo and all throttling disabled. Pretty good, pretty, pretty, pretty good.

Gets the job done
A good option for the price. I've been using it for about a year and I've had no real issues with my CPU overheating or shutting down (Core i5 11400f with the stock cooler.)The thickness is perfect and it spreads around just as it should. It's super easy to install, just push down on it and put a small dot on the CPU center. The quality is good and I haven't had any shut downs. Good product.
