What is best way to store these? How long will they stay edible for the dog?

I keep them in the plastic bag they are delivered in, putting a peg on the bag when it's opened and being used. Just keep them in a cupboard and not near other foodstuffs. The sprats are quite smelly so will affect the smell/taste of other foods if kept too close together. Although they disappear quite quickly in a house with three dogs, they will keep for several months with no problem at all.

Just wondering why your sprats are more expensive than others - is there a difference?

Our price has remained constant for almost 2 years. We do not get involved in the price war between other companies. You will see from our feedback, that the quality is of a high standard. The negative feedback in 2019 was from counterfeit products sold under our listing. Our Sprats go through 2 additional quality processes to ensure they arrive with our customers in the best possible condition and the best quality (not broken, dust ridden or containing anything that shouldn't be there!) We source our Sprats from reliable sustainable stocks and do not purchase Sprats from Asian waters. We make no apology for being slightly higher priced - they are still the best value.

Do these have preservatives ?

Hi, no, they are free from all that stuff! All our products are natural and we refuse to sell any grained products too!Hope this helps and look forward to welcoming you as one of our valued customers.

Description says £12.09 a kg but a kg bag is £19.99 how does that work ?

I really have no idea! I input the price and somehow Amazon put in the amount in Brackets! Maths probably not their strong point! Lol!
