I was most disappointed in the 2 x pillow slips I bought from your company. It is most difficuilt to fit the pillow slips, the first one ripped in two places and it no use. I haven’t used the second pillow slip and I think you should be looking at the design of your pillow slips and should add a Velcro or zipped opening for putting the pillow into the pillowslip.I would like a refund for my two pillowslips please.I now await your comments.Christine Corrigan Adam.Email address [email protected]

Product is very good but pillow cover is not good quality. And i bought later extra pillow. Second pillow case is good.

Ordered as part of a Christmas gift.Advertised on Amazon as Item Dimensions L x W x H 152.4 x 17.8 x 88.9 centimetresThe actual measurement (as a U shape) was 115cm x 50cm (each arm 25cm across) , so 37 cm shorter and (at best) 38cm narrower and nowhere near 17cm deep.The 'cover' it arrived in was very poor quality and had a few snagged threads across the surface.Offered to pay postage and sent back by recorded mail, then given the run around asking for more and more things to be sent such as postage proof and telling me address I sent to (from their invoice) was incorrect.Spent over a month trying to get a refund and ended up giving up and going to Amazon instead, so no refund for postage - currently investigating taking them to small claims court!

I have bought three of these up-to-date. They are so comfortable if you are sleeping alone but take up a lot of room in the bed if you are sharing. My mother-in-law who has had a stroke has been able to sleep better since using this pillow.

Just pillow case cover .Arrived prompt in good packaging.has a big zip at top so will be easier to get on and off. Very thin cotton and not double edge seamed by zip so all edges are frayed and may get stuck in the zip easily.1st wash and i am going to have to sew it already. 5 inch hole opened up along zip.Overall not best quality.

I bought this to see if it would help as I have arthritis of the spine. Unfortunately it didn't help, it's very difficult as you would need a king size bed to be able to get comfy and not nearly fall out of bed when you turn over thinking you have enough room, but then realise it's the other side of this pillow hanging off the bed.

As described and expected. Not tricky to put on at all. I put the first bit of the pillow all the way into bottom of case, then pulled the case round the the rest of the pillow. It’s fits just right, not snug and with about 4-6” left at bottom.
