It's not 4ft 6ins long; it's only 3ft 9ins maximum!!! As it happens this hasn't proven to be a problem for us, but the one star rating is to act as a warning to others. Don't get us wrong - it's very comfortable and it hasn't lost it's shape so far, but when a product is advertised as being a specific size there is no excuse when it arrives significantly shorter. The case cover material is not very nice either and we are buying a much better quality case separately.

I bought this for as an orthopaedic support following a hip operation. It wasn't really what I was expecting - very lumpy and appeared to be full of foam pieces. I wasn't happy with it. I had been charged delivery and then was charged a percentage of the refund to return it. Although it went straight back in the packaging I do not believe I have had a refund confirmation

This will provide great support as it plenty long enough and holds its shape well. It’s quite heavy if you want to move it around in the night but I have found it very useful for recovering from injury. Only slight issue is that the material split slightly around one end. Quite simple to repair. That the extra long pillow case is included is useful - not sure where else I would’ve found one!

It's great. Had aches and pains in my back and shoulders before and now they have all gone.

Unfortunately the pillow provides no comfort as the stuffing is sparse and ends up at either end of the pillow case with nothing in the middle. A bit of a disappointment :(

Not comfortable.... only good for back up pillow or making a scene.After few months needs to be replaced

Comfy and a good size. Plenty of filling and no complaints.
