I found this tape to be nice and sticky. Good value. Easy to use

Did it's job as I expected it too. Needed it to put back down a carpet on the stairs which I had pulled up to run some cables.-----------------PROS------------------ Easy to use-- Sticks well to the floor (Assuming floor has been hoovered and cleaned)-- Long Lasting Hold (For now - will update if this changes)-----------------CONS------------------ Floor has to be cleaned for it too stick-- When putting down a big chunk can be easy to accidentally stick some tape to the other tape which is wasteful-- Hard to peel second side off without peeling up the tape to which you've already put downAll in all good purchase, and a cheap way to get some annoying carpet back down!

As other reviewers have warned: think twice before using this product as the adhesive on the tape is quite merciless.Upon removal, it will strip both stain and lacquer off your floorboards and leave a thick gluey residue on other carpets or rugs - and the underside of the rug you are using it on.There is no perfect solution for the annoying situation that is a moving rug or mat; you have either the tape or gripper options, basically. And neither come without negative side-effects.It's about time some clever entrepreneur or inventor devised a solution to this global problem!In the meantime, all we can do is opt for the lesser of two ruggy evils.

Good tape. Ordered so that i could use to attach items to a scrap book and this did the job nicely. It is as per advertised regarding the dimensions and has sufficient sticky qualities that assures me that the post cards and badges etc that i have added to the book will not budge.It is not the sort of tape that you would buy if you need something sticking to a wall or that could be pulled but is definitely good enough for every day use for items that do not need ultra sticky tape.I have no doubt that it will come in useful for other every day tasks and is not expensive, if you need hardier stuff you need to be looking for gaffer tape type stuff.Good tape and recommended.

alas not really what i was looking for but good product for certain jobs would be good for sticking carpets to flooring but not so good at sticking rugs to carpets only gave 4 stars because not ideal for me but worth 5 stars if i was laying carpets and at a very cheap price

I have tried all kinds to keep the runners in my hall in place, when the cats take a mad one, it is like something off a cartoon with the runners ending up up the walls. Nothing has worked, until now! It hasn't moved even a cm, my male cat has been sulking since we used it. If you are looking for something to keep your runners, etc in place on laminate flooring, I would highly recommend it
